Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an assistant store manager to support day-to-day store operations, supervise staff, and help drive store performance. You will assist with scheduling, training, and implementing action plans to improve results while upholding ALDI’s standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to provide and lead others to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations to team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Model ALDI values and foster teamwork and engagement.
• Ensure adherence to inventory, cash control, and signage standards.
• Support payroll, budgeting, and loss prevention efforts.
