• Open/close the store; safeguard assets and cash handling.
• Analyze store financials to meet profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with FirstCash standards and policies.
• Support loan, inventory, merchandising, and reporting processes.
• Communicate clearly to align team with store objectives.
