Cash America Pawn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help lead daily store operations, train staff, and promote a customer-centric environment while driving sales and loan activity. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop talent and ensure excellent customer relations.

The role offers an hourly wage with commission on productivity and performance bonuses, with benefits and a strong emphasis on asset protection and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in locations with firearms and to become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Assist in training pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and retain skilled staff.
• Open/close the store, count cash and merchandise, and safeguard assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Drive profitability by communicating goals and monitoring finances.
• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
