Job summary

AT&T Richmond is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, mentor a team of retail sales consultants, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and initiatives that meet sales goals.

You’ll lead with excellent communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on coaching, while coordinating outreach and promotional activities, including events off-site when needed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities
