You will drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, while partnering with the GM to execute the store strategy and deliver a best-in-class experience.

You will recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts, coach leaders, and ensure compliance and omni-channel success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics and business goals; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric mindset.
