Old Navy in Winchester, VA is hiring an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best‑in‑class shopping experience. You’ll drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.

Working with the General Manager and Assistant GM, you’ll coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates, implement action plans, ensure SOPs, and represent the brand in a fast‑paced, community‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Metrics-driven to meet business goals.
• Leads and mentors others.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to use retail technology.
• Able to move around the sales floor and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
