AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Lubbock, TX to lead daily store operations, oversee merchandising and product launches, and ensure customers receive best-in-class service while helping to meet sales objectives.

You will partner with the store manager, coach a team of retail sales consultants, and participate in training programs to prepare you for leadership success in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store with a store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
