SpartanNash's Ottawa, Ohio store is seeking a Store Director to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring staffing, training, and adherence to company standards. You will build a positive store culture that delivers great service and results.

Accountable for all financial aspects, you will manage budgets, forecasts, labor, merchandising execution, safety compliance, and community relations while driving year over year growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a retail grocery environment with increasing responsibility.
• 2+ years in an assistant store manager or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem solving abilities.
• Knowledge of retail store operations and management systems.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Spanish language ability is highly desirable depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring staffing, training, and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and monitor department budgets, including quarterly and annual budgets.
• Own the store's P&L, drive sales and manage controllable expenses.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, and career development of associates.
• Ensure safety, food safety, merchandising, and compliance audits are successfully completed.
• Implement labor, scheduling, and payroll expense controls.
• Promote a customer‑focused service culture and community engagement.
