SpartanNash is seeking a Store Manager for our Ottawa, Ohio location. You will lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring departments are staffed, trained, and aligned with company standards.

Drive profitability, maintain the store’s appearance, and execute corporate plans with a strong customer-first focus. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 5+ years in retail grocery with increasing responsibility, and 2+ years in an assistant store manager role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in a retail grocery environment with increasing responsibility.
• Two years in an assistant store manager or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, decision-making, problem solving and conflict management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide focused, effective leadership to store associates to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Oversee department management including staffing, training, performance management and career development.
• Develop and monitor department budgets with assistance.
• Own the store's profit and loss, including sales, gross profit and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety, HR, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Coordinate merchandising and inventory programs with corporate partners.
• Manage labor, schedules, and payroll expense controls.
• Model high standards of customer service and community engagement.
