Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a General Manager to lead the store team toward exceptional guest experiences and financial results. You will oversee daily operations, develop strategy, align with OKRs, manage budgeting, staffing, and P&L, and coach leaders to build a high-performance culture while delivering top-line growth.

This role requires strong collaboration with regional and corporate partners to execute initiatives that drive brand presence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume 3 years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to meet sales, guest experience, and financial goals.
• Oversee daily operations and scheduling to optimize productivity.
• Drive Sales Leadership and Operations Standard Work to achieve KPIs and profitability.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture by tracking feedback and engagement.
• Collaborate with Regional Director and corporate partners to develop customer service strategies.
• Develop and implement talent management plans and succession planning.
• Open and close the store, secure premises, and manage alarms.
