Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store teams and drive guest engagement and sales performance. This role requires orchestrating staffing, coaching, and operational excellence to exceed targets while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include directing supervisors, implementing the Guest Engagement Model, and ensuring the store meets its financial goals through strong leadership and daily execution of SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• 5 years' experience in a direct customer interactive environment required; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team and supervisors to meet standard work and performance targets.
• Develop a culture of high performance through coaching and training.
• Execute the Guest Engagement Model and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Own the sales floor and manage financial outcomes through standard operating procedures.
• Identify gaps with scorecards and implement business plans for people and process.
