Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a General Manager to lead the store team toward excellent guest experiences and strong financial outcomes. You will oversee daily operations, implement growth strategies, and drive key performance goals for direct reports.

The role emphasizes a leadership culture and the execution of foundational excellence across the team. You will recruit, develop, and coach staff, manage the store’s budget and resources, and ensure brand presentation per Style Guides while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field.
• 5 years in direct customer interactive environment; 3 years of management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to achieve sales, guest experience, and profitability goals.
• Ensure staffing coverage is aligned with workload and standard work expectations.
• Direct store operations to execute channel strategy and meet sales and profit targets.
• Promote a guest-first culture through feedback, engagement, and service metrics.
• Oversee budget, resources, staffing, and P&L decisions for the store.
• Collaborate with Regional Director and corporate partners on customer service strategy.
• Open and close the store as needed and maintain security and alarms.
