Job summary

Old Navy in Denver is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will drive profitable sales through store operations, merchandising and talent development, coaching Leads and Brand Associates to achieve performance goals. This role requires 1–3 years in retail management, a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication with customers and team
• Retail passion and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Metrics-driven to meet business goals
• Capable of leading and mentoring others
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends
• Able to use retail technology and lift up to 30 pounds
• Willing to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility within the store.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
