Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG division in Costa Mesa is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and embody our brand values.

You will open/close the store, manage schedules, train staff, handle inventory, and contribute to revenue goals while staying ahead of industry trends. Qualified candidates have 2–4 years retail leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading store operations and driving performance.
• Open and close the store, manage labor schedules, and secure assets.
• Develop and motivate team members, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Maintain inventory, execute visual merchandising, and support budgeted revenue goals.
