Responsibilities

• Onboard and develop new hires to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Lead inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory controls.
• Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
