Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Leader in Chandler, AZ to oversee the sales floor and drive achievement of set sales goals. You will build and retain high-performing teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure exceptional donor and customer service while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 1 year in retail management, 1 year in customer service, and proficiency with MS Office. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour; opportunities exist for growth.

Qualifications

• One year of retail management experience preferred.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor.
• Lead, coach and develop Retail Sales Associates.
• Achieve daily, monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Conduct store inventory and reporting.
• Ensure excellent donor and customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand standards.
• Manage safety policies and incident reporting.
