Job summary

The Beaufort Bonnet Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership and execute the store strategy to reach performance goals. You will lead staff, coach for exceptional customer service, and drive sales through strong team leadership and visual standards.

You will also monitor metrics, adjust schedules, and mentor staff to deliver a branded, high-energy shopping environment. Retail experience and POS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Merchandising preferred.
• 4+ years retail experience with at least 2 years store supervisory/management experience.
• Solid computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience with POS systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in executing the store strategy to achieve performance goals.
• Lead by example to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Monitor sales targets and provide feedback to the store manager.
• Manage staff, schedules, and visual merchandising to maximize sales.
