The Beaufort Bonnet Company is seeking a motivated Keyholder to support daily store operations and deliver an elevated customer experience in our flagship retail environment.

You will drive sales, manage client books, and ensure brand consistency while safeguarding assets. This role requires strong product knowledge, teamwork, and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell merchandise aligning with the brand and provide personalized suggestions.
• Build and maintain a personal client book for repeat business.
• Share product knowledge to improve sizing, fashion, and accessory recommendations.
• Operate POS, handle transactions, and assist with store opening/closing.
