Job summary

The Beaufort Bonnet Company, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals. You will lead by example, coaching staff to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build a high-performing team that embodies brand storytelling.

Responsibilities include driving performance metrics, assisting in hiring and training, and maintaining visual standards and inventory processes in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business/Merchandising.
• 4+ years retail experience with at least 2 years supervisory/management.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to achieve sales, KPI and profitability goals.
• Lead by example to deliver best-in-class customer experience through service, product knowledge and brand storytelling.
• Coach, train and develop store associates to build a high-performing team.
• Drive metrics including conversion, AOV, UPT and overall sales performance.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, training and performance management of store associates.
• Maintain operational excellence by adhering to policies, procedures and loss-prevention standards.
