Job summary

The Beaufort Bonnet Company, LLC is seeking a Keyholder to support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage customers with brand-aligned product recommendations, manage transactions, and contribute to a welcoming shopping atmosphere.

You will help maintain stock, assist in merchandising decisions, and build client relationships to drive repeat visits. This role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of retail experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Advanced computer skills, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell merchandise aligned with the brand and assist customers.
• Provide merchandising suggestions to management to boost sales.
• Build a personal client book.
• Operate POS and troubleshoot in the absence of management.
• Handle routine register transactions and inventory tasks.
• Share product knowledge and provide fashion advice to improve shopper experience.
• Participate in store meetings and strive to exceed sales targets.
• Follow company policies and protect store assets.
• Suggest ideas to grow the business including merchandising, staffing, and displays.
