Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps with verbal and written warnings.
• Engage team by creating a productive, inclusive environment and align with company objectives.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Schedule and staff the store to cover peak periods when needed.
