Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to lead customer service and selling efforts in-store. You will become an expert in product categories and help drive sales while maintaining merchandising standards and operating procedures.

This role partners with leadership to develop the team, manage inventory, and ensure accurate POS transactions. The position requires 1–2 years of retail experience, flexibility to work varied shifts, and occasional travel to support nearby stores.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture and build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features and benefits.
• Achieve goals such as UPT and ADT and manage customer data capture.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Process transactions accurately at POS and handle cash responsibly.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and comply with policies.
