FirstCash in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability while working with diverse merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance coaching, and effective loss prevention, with a compensation package that includes hourly pay plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ and HS diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working with a variety of merchandise and environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Coach and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and retention of staff.
• Help drive sales, profitability, and performance metrics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and provide merchandising support.
• Open/close the store and handle cash procedures.
• Monitor transactions for compliance and accuracy.
