Job summary

VF Corporation’s The North Face is seeking a proactive Supervisor to support the store leadership team and coach associates in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will drive sales performance, uphold merchandising standards, and contribute to store profitability in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will assist in opening/closing procedures, train new hires, and maintain a positive, inclusive culture while ensuring safety and operational excellence across the shopping floor.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Solution-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Capable of working independently, managing shifting priorities, and meeting business expectations.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and help achieve sales goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through receiving, shipping, and loss prevention practices.
