Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product information and assistance.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards: floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory.
• Promote and lead programs: loyalty, warranties, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Assist in developing 30–60–90 day plans with store leadership to support business priorities.
• Build and lead an effective team, schedule staff, and manage payroll to meet goals.
