The Finish Line, Inc. in the United States is seeking experienced managers to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor roles offer autonomy to influence daily operations and contribute to store growth.

Candidates should have retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to team development, with a commitment to DE&I and community engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years’ retail leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Analytical skills to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
