The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily store operations and a high-performing team. You will drive exceptional customer experiences while shaping the store's success and growth.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, oversee sales performance, inventory, and merchandising, and partner with leadership to deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to handle escalations.
• Analytical skills to review sales data and budgets.
