Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Customer service, organizational, and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers with questions in a positive manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and protect assets.
• Support in payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and loss prevention.
