Dollar General is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Janesville, WI to help maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. Under direction of the Store Manager, you will assist with supervising staff, merchandising, paperwork, and deposits, while protecting assets and reducing losses.

You will also perform stocking, cashiering, and other duties as needed to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
