Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Recommend pay rates and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate expectations and coordinate safety and policy meetings.
• Open and close the store as required and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Monitor sales trends, expenses, and inventory to meet targets.
• Manage ordering, stock levels, and cycle counts.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and pricing meet standards.
• Maintain inventory integrity, damages, and cash controls.
• Provide strong customer service leadership and a safe store environment.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies and deadlines.
