Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in Store Operations, driving sales and profitability.
• Mentor and train Team Members; participate in staffing, scheduling, and development.
• Act as Store Leader in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Ensure safety and quality in handling live animals and store operations.
• Handle customer issues and maintain a positive customer experience.
