Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in-store. You will coach, recruit, and develop talent while driving store financials, merchandising, and guest satisfaction.

You will own daily sales performance, model Victra standards, and manage operations when the General Manager is away. This is a front-line leadership role in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire store staff and develop the team you already have.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience by managing flow and traffic.
• Identify selling skill gaps and create development plans to hit sales metrics and quotas.
• Own the store's daily sales performance, lead by example, and manage day-to-day operations.
• Oversee opening/closing activities and ensure store uptime and compliance.
