Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provides proper training for employees; conducts performance evaluations; counseling or termination when needed.
• Reviews pay rate and advancement recommendations for employees.
• Communicates performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinates safety meetings.
• Opens and closes the store with consistent staffing and coverage.
• Analyzes sales, profitability, and inventory trends to identify opportunities.
• Manages stock replenishment and weekly ordering coordination.
• Ensures proper merchandising, pricing, and signage consistency.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and security of cash and assets.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership and a clean store environment.
• Follows standard operating procedures and documents activities on deadlines.
