Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees per laws and company policies.
• Provides training for employees; conducts performance evaluations; counsels up to termination.
• Sets pay rate recommendations and advancement cues.
• Communicates performance expectations; coordinates safety and policy meetings.
• Manages opening/closing routines; ensures staffing sufficient several days per week.
• Analyzes operating statements for trends and profitability; controls expenses.
• Oversees stock ordering and inventory management to meet in-stock targets.
• Ensures proper merchandising, pricing, and signage per company standards.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through shrink prevention and paperwork controls.
• Upholds cash control procedures and store security practices.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership; maintains organized, safe store environment.
• Ensures store is equipped with required tools and adheres to SOPs.
