Job summary

Lids in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain visuals, and uphold brand standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, training, and disciplined execution of policies. You will foster an inclusive team environment, manage cash, inventory, and safety procedures while delivering memorable fan experiences.

Qualifications

• Sales performance with goal attainment and loss minimization.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns when Store Manager isn’t present.
• Lead and develop store associates using LIDS training programs and set goals for sales and tasks.
• Administer progressive discipline with verbal and written warnings as needed.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and uphold brand standards.
