Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a capable Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in maintaining daily store operations, driving sales, merchandising execution, managing expenses and inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will lead and develop the store team, recruit and train staff, ensure policies are followed, monitor shrink, and coordinate with district operations across assigned stores, including flexible shifts evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, inventory, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and customer service excellence.
• Lead staff in merchandising, training, and performance development.
• Monitor expenses, inventory, and shrink to meet budget goals.
• Oversee compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations for store personnel.
• Travel to multiple stores within the district as needed.
