Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of Retail Management/Supervisory experience.
• Must operate POS/Cash Register and schedule/supervise store employees.

Responsibilities

• Takes an active role with the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Coaches and develops Store Employees.
• Maintains customer/donor relations and resolves complaints quickly.
