Job summary

Böhme, LLC is a leading lifestyle retailer seeking an outgoing, professional Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in running daily store operations. The role includes driving sales and profits, managing inventory, recruitment, and staff development while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting and interviewing candidates, training staff, scheduling, maintaining visual standards, handling cash and POS systems, and ensuring loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year retail management experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire store staff.
• Train Sales Associates and Leads for development.
• Schedule staff and resolve scheduling issues.
• Maintain diverse, productive workforce in the store.
• Motivate staff to meet sales goals and company contests.
• Address customer service concerns professionally.
• Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards.
• Oversee cash handling and banking procedures.
• Keep POS systems up to date and trained.
• Protect store assets and manage loss prevention.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
