Job summary

Böhme is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager to maintain exceptional customer service, merchandise presentation, and loss prevention while driving store performance.

You will supervise daily operations, open/close procedures, cash handling, inventory, and training. The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store
• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• Performs all other duties as assigned
