Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wellington, FL. You will lead staff, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service while upholding brand standards and store operations.

You will manage scheduling, training, and daily store activities to deliver a premium shopping experience and achieve performance metrics. This role includes loss prevention and merchandising responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Candidate must be able to act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is not present.
• Ability to lead and develop store team through training and coaching.
• Strong customer service orientation and focus on loss prevention.

Aufgaben

• Lead, execute, and assist selling strategy to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations to make it right for customers.
• Ensure customers are offered membership and promotions when available.
• Adhere to visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness guidelines.
• Schedule and staff the store, manage payroll within guidelines.
• Support inventory, backroom organization, and product counts.
