Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wellington, FL. You will lead daily store operations, coach staff, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with brand standards.

You will manage scheduling, training, and performance, while maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment that motivates the team and elevates the in-store experience for fans and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues or customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and set goals for sales and tasks.
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive environment and ensure adherence to policies and brand standards.
• Lead and execute the store's selling strategy to hit KPIs and sales targets.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory accuracy, and store operations to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
