Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information to groups.
• Strong team player with quick learning ability.
• Computer literacy including MS Office and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the store per brand values and service standards.
• Drive store sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, execution and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering service.
• Handle inventory, merchandise flow and shrink reduction; ensure accurate counts.
• Maintain policies, safety, and compliance; support non-traditional hours including weekends/evenings.
