Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is looking for a part-time Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales targets in our Texas store. You will process transactions efficiently, keep the store clean, and assist with stock, inventory and merchandising according to PUMA standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork and quick learning, plus the physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed. Availability on weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in store.
• Through effective service, achieve sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising compliance.
• Execute and process incoming/outgoing merchandise and manage stock as needed.
• Comply with policies, procedures and safety regulations.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
