Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee opening/closing routines, staffing, training, product knowledge, and curb brand standards while delivering exceptional customer service and visual merchandising. This role offers growth from within and a chance to advance in our store leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom with focus on customer service and operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
