Job summary

The Archipelago Companies are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our melin flagship in Lahaina, Hawaii. You will lead the store team, partner with the Store Manager, and deliver a premium guest experience while upholding brand standards and store operations.

You will open/close the shop, handle daily merchandising, scheduling, hiring, training, and performance check-ins, ensuring excellent service and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• College degree is a plus, but retail experience and results go a long ways.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and manage daily operations.
• Lead and coach the sales team to deliver premium guest experiences.
• Assist with staff hiring, onboarding, and training; manage schedules.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness; maintain brand standards.
• Support store events and marketing activities; contribute to growth and customer engagement.
