Archipelago Companies is seeking an OluKai Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead a new store opening in May 2026, partnering with the Store Manager to deliver a premium guest experience and manage daily operations with Aloha.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail, 1 year in supervision, and a self-motivated, entrepreneurial leader who can train staff and drive performance while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• College degree is a plus, but retail experience and results go a long ways.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated leader with strong entrepreneurial skills.
• Manages with Aloha, innate guest centric mindset.
• Shows elevated communication skills and can tailor style to suit the audience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to manage the store financial plan including revenue and expenses.
• Assist the SM in planning and executing weekly performance reviews and monthly strategic planning.
• Foster a sales driven and fun culture to drive performance, including monthly incentives and events.
• Evaluate stock and inventory to maintain correct levels and ensure product flow.
• Lead staff training and onboarding, performance check-ins, and staff scheduling.
