Qualifications

• 2–4 years retail sales and management experience required
• Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication
• Pass the background screening process

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, develop and manage a team including sales associates and supervisors
• Drive total store results with strong sales leadership and customer focus
• Create a culture of exceptional customer service and high performance
• Ensure staffing levels meet customer demand and schedule shifts accordingly
• Monitor store results and implement action plans for growth
• Oversee store operations, loss prevention, merchandising, and brand standards
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Shipping, Inventory Control, Visual Merchandising and other departments
• Provide training and performance reviews for staff
