Lids Sports Group in Plantation, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on staffing, training, and maintaining visual standards to create a premier customer experience.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, mentor associates, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies while supporting inventory and merchandising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is unavailable.

• Ensure storefront adheres to brand standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Assist in recruitment and training of store personnel and uphold policies.
