Job summary

Dollar Tree in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, supervise associates, and help maintain clean, organized sales floors and stockrooms.

The role involves opening/closing duties, adherence to policies, and training Store Associates to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members. This is a full-time position at a retail location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and ability to understand operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform active store duties including walking, standing, and stocking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor and maintain seasonal displays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and communicate store activity and inventory actions.
