Dollar Tree, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development on a part-time basis.

You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and support the Store Manager in training associates while maintaining a safe, friendly shopping environment. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and adherence to company policies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Adhere to policies and procedures including safety guidelines and ensure associates follow them.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
